Security Council: Algeria urges bolstering preventive diplomacy to avert conflicts
NEW YORK (UN) — Algeria urged on Thursday, in New York, via its deputy permanent representative to the United Nations, Toufik Laid Koudri, for “substantial” bolstering of preventive diplomacy to ease rising tensions and preclude conflicts before they ignite.
