Security Council: A3+ Group urges Libyans to work together to hold national elections

NEW YORK (United Nations)-The Security Council's A3+ Group (Algeria, Mozambique, Sierra Leone and Guyana) on Monday called on Libyans to work together more closely to lift remaining obstacles to the path to national elections.
