UN: Ambassador Amar Bendjama elected ECOSOC President for 2027 session

NEW YORK (UN) - The Permanent Representative of Algeria to the United Nations, Ambassador Amar Bendjama, was unanimously elected on Thursday by member states as President of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) for the 2027 session.
