Security Council: Lasting peace in Syria requires sincere, inclusive political process

NEW YORK (United Nations)- The A3+ Group at the United Nations Security Council (Algeria, Somalia, Sierra Leone, and Guyana) said on Tuesday in New York that lasting peace in Syria can only be achieved through a sincere and inclusive political process, led and carried out by Syrians themselves, in accordance with the principles enshrined in Security Council Resolution 2254.
