Security Council: Algeria calls for thorough investigations into sexual violence in occupied Palestine

NEW YORK (United Nations)- Algeria’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York, Ambassador Amar Bendjama, underscored the need to conduct “thorough investigations” into the sexual violence committed by the occupying forces in the Palestinian territories, urging an “immediate” ceasefire in Gaza to halt these atrocities.
